MD: A positive influence in general as it’s a source of inspiration, entertainment and motivation to live better, socialise better, dress better and discover new experiences.
NB: What do you do for your “me time”
MD: I go to N.Bar :)!
Me time consists of doing my nails, a massage, cooking a homemade healthy meal and going retail therapy – shopping!
NB: What do you think about the idea of a “digital detox”
MD: I personally like it, it’s a great way to stop the multi tasking multi thinking!
NB: Describe how you feel about influencers, do you follow them? Why?
MD: Yes, I do, I recommend you to check MyDounia, she’s very good at what she does ☺😉😘.
I follow other influencers, but I am quite selective because it matters to me to be inspired in the right ways with the right values.
NB: Do you feel social media has an impact on your relationships? How? Why?
MD: Sure, it binds people together, you get to network & discuss trends and things that are happening.
NB: How important is taking time for yourself and why?
MD: It’s very important! I always say, you can’t pour from an empty cup! It’s important to take the time to gather energy for my mood and also for my creativity.
NB: Could you last a day without your phone?
MD: If I have my loved ones around, yes!
NB: What does “wellness” mean to you?
MD: It’s health and mind state, it’s having a balance between being in peace with your body and thoughts.
